Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps
- Tighten and check all electrical connections
- Lubricate all moving parts as required
- Check and inspect the condensate drain
- Check controls of the system
- Clean outdoor condenser coils
- Check your central air conditioner’s refrigerant level
- Clean and adjust blower components as needed
- Check thermostat settings
- Washable or disposable filter
Furnaces
- Cleaning and inspecting igniter and gas valves
- Replacing filter
- Basic cleaning blower assembly (does not include disassembly of blower)
- Inspect belt condition if needed
- Check operation of the thermocouple
- Inspect and clean electrical components
- Inspect exhaust and fresh air intake
- Inspect burner guides
- Oil any parts needed
- Look for drafts around furnace pilot light
- Check flame sensor and characteristics
- Run heating operation
*Cost is Per System. Plan will renew yearly until canceled by the customer. Residential systems only. Labor Warranty is on Parts replaced by Hush Air Heating & Air Conditioning. Club membership must be maintained for the 5 year parts warranty to be valid.
