They handled all the headache-inducing details—including the permit logistics, AHRI paperwork, and rebate documentation—so I didn't have to worry about a thing.
On installation day, the crew arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and treated my property with the utmost respect. They executed a flawless setup, carefully pressure-tested the lines, relocated our thermostat, and made sure everything was cleaned up before walking me through how to operate the new system.

Great experience with Hush Air installing my new heat pump. Henry and Julian arrived on time, very professional but friendly and they cleaned up everything when finished. Before they left, Henry explained everything to me - and showing me things I needed to know about how to change the filter etc on the actual heat pump, ran me through the new programmable thermostat and how that worked. They ensured that everything was working properly before they left and I have and always will continue to use Hush Air because they are the absolute BEST!!!
