Quick and efficient. No "up sell" attempt.
Hushair had installed our 2 units AC system about 10 years ago. 2 days ago I used another company to get AC tuning done and the guy told me that I needed to replace the capacitor for one of the units and Freon for both units . He added a lot more items on the list and gave a quote for > 3000$. I told him that I wanted a second opinion and that I will get Hushair to give me one as I trusted them. The guy seemed a little upset that I did not trust him and there was a reason ...which I found the next day. Hush air agent Bryan Gonzales came over and told me that I needed none of that. Everything was A Ok. A reputed company has a reputation for a reason . I spent 85 $ to save 3000$. Totally worth it . Sometimes being greedy can backfire. If the other guy had quoted @500$ worth of repairs I would have probably done it .
The technician was great. I love Hush Air
This is the second time I have called Hush Air in an emergency and they were able to move their busy schedule around to fit me in right away. The technician took great care to check for any other possibilities that may happen in the future as I have a very old system. Today he replaced a capacitor and the price was minimal. He even had a new one on his truck. I am completely confident with this company.
Hush Air put in both my HVAC units and I have a service contract with them. I pay a very low monthly fee and they come out twice a year. I am very pleased with their work.
Great service
Updating my review after 5+ years and I'm still using Hush Air. They've continued to be reliable, honest, and easy to work with. This past winter I had some heater issues that weren't easy to figure out, but they always showed up quickly and got it handled.
They're fair, reasonable, and I trust them, which is hard to find. Glad I stuck with them.
Always courteous always professional and MOST IMPORTANT I trust them not to price gouge me and tell me the truth when it comes to my ac systems needs.
Definitely recommend and will be first call every time.
You can tell the owner Darren holds his employees at a high standard and expects the best at all times.
