Brian from Hush Air just did the maintenance on my AC today. He was very professional and did an awesome job on servicing the AC. My appointment window time was between 8am-10am. Brian called me at 8am to inform me he would be here within 30 minutes. At 8:30am he was at my home! I'll definitely be calling Hush Air for my HVAC needs. Thank you Brian!

My tech was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to explain my problem areas, how to counter them, and ongoing maintenance. And most importantly he was able to fix my A/C at a reasonable price. I would recommend Hush to others.
I have been going with Hush Air for the last 10 years. They installed my entire HVAC system. Then, the owner sat down at my kitchen table and hand wrote out the entire deal. He ensured 100% satisfaction and that my inspection would pass, if it didn't that they would follow through and fix it on the spot. They did not disappoint, my house didn't pass and they made changes to fix it within 30 minutes.
I have since used them when my dog chewed up my AC, recently, my air conditioner was trying to turn on, but stopping and there was a humming coming out from the air conditioner but the fan wasn't spinning. They were excellent from the initial phone call, they were able to diagnose the problem on the spot. You won't find that level of expertise over the phone with other companies, they often have to switch you to a technician 40 minutes later. Remind you, that's without waiting on a phone transfer and hanging on the phone for 10 minutes.
I called today, Friday morning, going with the company I trust first. They said they were fully booked, but would do the best they could to fit us in. I of course waited (30 minutes) because I trust this company and they got back to me with an appointment. The repairman showed up on time and replaced the capacitor in 20 minutes, he went above and beyond and cleaned out a filter we didn't even know existed. Thank you Brian, you are truly a life saver for me and my wife and kids.
I was on the way home and he was professional and informative. Thank you Hush Air, you are truly the one company that I trust in California, you dominate the competition. If you don't trust hush you are making a mistake. Please know I mean all of this, I don't post reviews on companies hardly ever, but they are worth every letter.
I believe it was Bryan who came out. He was on time and very nice. He was in and out in 10/15 min. The issue was fixed and we are enjoying our AC once again. My only issue is I'm pretty sure I was told the motor that drives the fan was the problem. Was told $300 to replace and figured for a new motor that's perfectly fine. I noticed on the email receipt that it was only a capacitor. Brand new they are only about $70. I could have definitely replaced my self for $70. I feel $300 is a bit excessive for $70 part and 5 min install.
Excellent service. Prompt, reliable and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the a/c problem quickly. Explained exactly what he was doing to fix the problem and charged us a fair price. Would definitely call Hush-Air again.

After using Hush Air for our routine maintenance for several years, we decided to have them replace our 20 year old HVAC unit. We worked with Darren to find the unit that best suited our home. Darren was able to quickly answer all of our questions and schedule the installation. On the day of service, Alex and Frank were prompt to arrive and get to work. They were both thorough and efficient in completing the installation. Kash provided an informative review of the work that was completed and suggestions of maintenance for the future. To finalize everything, Darren followed up by graciously hand delivering our paid invoice and rebate forms after hours.
