Hush Air replied promptly, scheduled an appointment, then sent reminders a day out from the appointment. They called and texted when on the way. Brian was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. In this day of COVID, Brian wore his mask during all face to face interactions. Price was excellent.
Took 2 days for the a crew of 2 to replace the existing AC and ducts. So far so good the unit is working fine. they replaced the line between the external unit and internal one. That was not easy but they did a good job. The crew did their best to clean up after themselves when they were done. Price wise the offer i received was the most competitive. I still have a small air distribution problem in the house. I have to figure that out. All in all I'm very happy with choosing Hush air.
