After using Hush Air for our routine maintenance for several years, we decided to have them replace our 20 year old HVAC unit. We worked with Darren to find the unit that best suited our home. Darren was able to quickly answer all of our questions and schedule the installation. On the day of service, Alex and Frank were prompt to arrive and get to work. They were both thorough and efficient in completing the installation. Kash provided an informative review of the work that was completed and suggestions of maintenance for the future. To finalize everything, Darren followed up by graciously hand delivering our paid invoice and rebate forms after hours.

Had an issue with our relatively new Ac... looks like one of our dogs chewed up a cable connected to it. We called Hush Air and set up an appointment for next day. Brian our technician gave us a two hour window and arrived within the first hour. He was able to fix the issue no problem at a reasonable price. Great service and great attitude. Would use them again for any future issues
Great service and trustworthy! I had received an outrageous estimate prior for almost $1800.00. I paid less than $200 to Hush Air.
Hush Air also services the office I work for and there hasn't been a time where they do not provide excellent customer service. Definitely recommend Hush Air Heating and Air Conditioning.
Very professional and honest!
I have elderly parents and their were told by another company their heater was out and needed repair. Were in the coldest winder we have had in So Cal since IDK when. I called Hush and Kim answered the phone and was able to fit us in the there schedule same day and the BEST part is Darren was there for an hour or so checking the system and found nothing wrong with it, but a couple of batteries that need to be replaced. Now, the most amazing thing is and says even more about this company and there integrity, honesty and professionalism is they only charged the service call fee. There 's a lot of bad people out there but they are not one of them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HUSH AND WE GET READY TO REPLACE THIS UNIT THEY WILL BE THE ONES WE CALL. THANK YOU DARREN and KIM for your WONDERFUL SERVICE!
These folks are awesome. I had Goettl come out to evaluate our AC and thwy said your unit is dead and it will be 10k to 12k to fix it. Hush came out turned put to be a simple part that should have been checked by Goettl. Honest folks at Hush and I appreciate that.

We have had to contact Hush Air twice with two different issues. They have immediately responded and gotten us set up with an appointment. They arrive during the time frame stated, kept me updated when on their way. Evaluated problem and got it repaired. Darren and Brian are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. HIGHEST recommendations.

We used Hush Air for the first time today and we are very glad that we did. My air conditioning had been out for a week during a heat wave. We had a different company come to service our air conditioning but he tried to up sell us and gave the impression that either the final bill would be very high or we would need a new unit. We told him "thanks but no thanks". We then called Hush Air for a second opinion. Bryan, the technician was professional and personable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a fair price. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.
