Crew was on time, got right to work, kept working until finished and left. They were very courteous. Got the $79 special for seasonal check up. No repair needed or done.

The expertise and experience offered by their technician Brian helped me understand my repair issues and reassured me about safety concerns. He also discussed some maintenance and replacement needs which I appreciated for future planning. I contacted Hush Air on Monday, having been with a different, much larger service operator for several years. Am I glad I did! I had a Hush Air technician, Brian, at my house on Tuesday morning for maintenance and routine service. His work was completed thoroughly and efficiently. He explained clearly what he was doing and what he found, and the cost of minor repair and refrigerant was less than half what I was quoted a year ago by the other company. I'm glad I've found a new AC provider, Hush Air; their philosophy, work ethic and customer service focus align with mine. They're a small company that's been in
business for 35 years. They're successfully old school, and I'm happy to award 5 stars and a most solid recommendation!
I only use HUSH AIR for my yearly maintenance inspection on my systems. They are very Professional and Kash, (who usually comes to my house each year) is very thorough and answers all my questions before he leaves. I also appreciate the fact that Kash always has "Footies" available when entering my home. It is a small thing, but one I truly appreciate.
Had a good experience with the work of the technician Brian G. At my rental. He was detailed, professional, explained the issue at hand in layman's terms. (My kind of language). He also was on time arriving at the house, gave a 15 minute curtesy call before arriving and finished less than the time I thought it would have taken him.
