The service I received from Hush Air was reliable, fast, efficient, affordable, and trustworthy. There have been several instances where I've needed my AC and heater fixed. Hush Air has always been there to fix whatever problems I have. I highly recommend Hush Air to anyone in the Inland Empire area. Brian recently serviced my heater and able to fix the problem within 20 minutes with cleaning out the filter. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Always friendly from your first call to the technician that is sent out. Brian Gonzales is a great technician that has come out to several jobs. I called Hush Air to change and upgrade my HVAC system and the response was very fast. Kash came to house the following day and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to me the different options and assured me that there would be no hidden FEES and when the job gets completed I would be more than satisfied.
The next day we proceeded to the installation. Juan and Oscar, the technicians, did an AMAZING JOB! They were super detailed and organized and very professionals as well.

I was able to make an appointment quickly. They gave me a 2 hour window & came within that time. The rep, Brian, was very professional and quickly fixed the problem. Price seemed fair. What more can you ask?
I called HUSH, got an immediate response, and was given an appointment within a few days. They sent a text to both me and my husband to keep us updated on the service calls. We received a picture of Brian, the technician, each time. By no fault of Hush Air, it took three visits to fix our two broken heaters. Brian arrived at the earliest of our time slots, which was very convenient. He was friendly and professional, he didn't waste time and got to work immediately. Brian got the job done and we now have heat!
We don't expect an incredible deal, just a fair price and honest work. We feel we got that with Hush Air. I wish all companies worked this way. I highly recommend this company.
