Follow up 2021 - We had another issue with our upstairs A/C. Turned out to be a motor that was shot on our condenser unit. Hush was able to come out same day, Brian again was our technician, was polite, professional, and completed the work quickly. Still 5 stars! It's great to have someone you can trust in this area.
Original Review from 2019 - Our upstairs AC went out on a Monday, and I called Hush that afternoon, based on a recommendation from a friend and their excellent reviews. I spoke to Kim, who was extremely understanding and professional throughout. She gave me a basic idea of what the problem might be and scheduled us for their earliest available date (that Thursday), but also said she'd try to work me in earlier if their jobs on Wednesday finished early.
Sure enough, they were able to work us in on Wednesday afternoon. I was fully expecting to need to pay for a busted motor, but Brian found that it was just a bad capacitor, replaced it and had us up and running shortly after he arrived. Hush deserves its reputation, they're professional, prompt, and the was no up-sell. Great job!
Very pleased with the service I received. Technicians were very professional and explained everything that they were going be doing for the installation and also how to use the new system.
On a 100+ degree day our ac stopped working. We called the company that installed the system for the previous owners of our home since their sticker was on our units.

They told us that we had to have a complete new system and quoted over $18,000 . No that's not a typo.
A friend recommended Hush Air to us. They came and checked everything, replaced the capacitor and the system, 16 years old, is working great.
Brian, the technician, was on time, friendly and did a great job. He answered all if our questions. And the price was right on target with what was done.

Darren was professional and friendly. His years of experience is evident by his knowledge and confidence. I immediately felt as if you can trust he has your best interest in mind. By the end of our consultation I come to find out I was dealing with the owner and after 30 + years in the industry he is still in the field. What impressed me the most is how humble he was that I would not have known he was the owner until I saw his picture on Yelp and asked him "isn't this you."
