Called last minute. Spoke to Kim - my AC not Cooling , says will give me back a call ( coz she needs to find staff nearby ). Gets back on me sbout 20 mins after. Sending Technician Brian in the next 15 mins. Right on time, knows what he's doin, answered all my questions I have in mind. Whaaala ! ! ! Problem solved in the next 15 mins.

I fully expected I would have to replace my entire unit but after the quick professional visit from Hush air he found that I only needed to replace a motor for now. A very short time later the air is blasting a wonderful cool breeze. Took 2 days for the a crew of 2 to replace the existing AC and ducts. So far so good the unit is working fine. they replaced the line between the external unit and internal one. That was not easy but they did a good job. The crew did their best to clean up after themselves when they were done. Price wise the offer i received was the most competitive. I still have a small air distribution problem in the house. I have to figure that out. All in all I'm very happy with choosing Hush air.
Hush Air replied promptly, scheduled an appointment, then sent reminders a day out from the appointment. They called and texted when on the way. Brian was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. In this day of COVID, Brian wore his mask during all face to face interactions. Price was excellent.
