These guys have an A+ rating with 0 complaints at BBB.org for a reason! Very professional, catering, prompt response (I had same-day service), and the owner, Darren, doesn't try to upsell or put pressure on you for anything. They have done two full A/C replacements for me (separate occasions) and actually gave me a better unit than what I paid. They also research all the rebates and discounts for you. All his workers work hard with no-nonsense but friendly mentality. This guy knows how to run a business to keep customers.
In the midst of a heatwave and on a weekend even, hush air came through in a matter of hours to get my AC running cold again. They were very professional and knowledgeable, as they were months ago when they came out quickly to repair my heater. Thanks to everyone to Hush air including the office staff and answering service staff.

I went to Hush for a second opinion because they had a good BBB rating. The technician that the home warranty company sent to my rental house asked me to pay $650 out of pocket due to refrigerant leakage and maintenance issues. Something felt off because the air conditioner was newly installed in 2018. After going back and forth with the home warranty company and the contractor they sent, some red flags became more evident.
It was 110°F outside, so I called Hush. They sent a technician within two hours, and the temperature inside the home was 75°F. The technician from Hush checked everything thoroughly and took pictures. They reported back to me that there was nothing wrong with the air conditioning system, aside from the thermostat being set too low. They could have easily charged me several hundred dollars, but they didn't. Their honesty really touched me, especially in today's profit-driven business environment.
Had a great experience with Hush today. My AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year. Kim answered the phone when I called and said she would see if she could send someone over to check out the problem. She called me back in about 10 minutes with an update that someone would be at my house within the hour. I got the text alert that Kash would be arriving soon and he was on time. Kash was professional, listened to me and inspected my AC. It turned out it just needed some TLC with some cleaning and a standard maintenance (thanks to my dogs and all the hair they shed). He checked the system and it seemed to be running fine after he performed the maintenance. I appreciate Kash being quick and not trying to sell me anything unnecessary. I also appreciate Kim's quick response and her courtesy towards me in my panic that my AC was not working on a super hot day. Would definitely recommend Hush!
Hush Air is the only company that I will ever use for air conditioning! They are honest, reliable, prompt, and they have great prices! They have saved us significant money multiple times and helped us make informed decisions while solving problems with temporary solutions, if needed to get back to comfort in the immediate while waiting on a more permanent solution. Our most recent issue was resolved very quickly and professionally, and only cost us the cost of the call without any attempt to upsell.
I literally will not call any other AC company when we have issues. And I recommend this company to everyone!
