When we first moved here, some clowns tried to rip off my wife, as a disabled veteran I called a Marine. He couldn't undo their damage.

The hush owner himself came over and at least got us running. We ordered a new install and he gave my family a great discount for being a veteran.

I said if the thing lasts, since I've only ever done duct work, I'll give you a review.

It has lasted so well - 10 years!! I just saw their sign and realized I need to make sure if you ever need an honest AC shop, call hush.

I used Hush to replace my original air about 12 years ago. At that time I was very satisfied with the product and the installation. I've had to call about minor issues only twice in the 12 years I've owned the unit. My air went out on a Tuesday, I called on Wednesday and a technician was sent out on Wednesday morning. The problem was identified and repaired in only 20 minutes total. I am very happy with every aspect of this company from my first call to the office to the arrival of Brian the technician. I've recommended this company to others including my daughter and son in law.

I have to say, this was the easiest and most trustworthy interaction I've had with any service provider. I thought the issue with my air conditioner might be something simple. However, I'm always so skeptical about any Heating and Air Conditioning Company coming out. They always want to sell you a new unit, even when you don't need it. They also want to charge you to come out to diagnose your problem. This was NOT the case with Hush Air. I explained my problem over the phone. The person I spoke with actually diagnosed the problem, but sent someone out (FREE OF CHARGE) anyway. I rec'd several reminders leading up to my scheduled appointment. I received a text from Brian, the technician, when he was on his way (which was within a two hour window originally provided). He came in, accessed the problem and went to work. It was fixed in a very reasonable amount of time. He cleaned up after himself. I paid him (also very reasonable), thanked him for his exceptional service and wished him a good rest of his day. I had to call the office and tell them of my exceptional experience. Thank you Hush Air. You will hear from me again.

This is the 2nd time I've used Hush Air and they are beyond outstanding!!! (They installed a mini-split and now a new compressor for us?)They do very meticulous work and clean up after themselves. After being in a house that reached 100°, the quick conscientious work they do was a life-saver! Don't hesitate to use them, they're the best!
