A heat wave is a good time for the a/c to go out....NOT However, that is exactly what happened. Called first thing Monday and by Weds @noon new A/C installed. Hush has been great to us. Second time in many years they came out to service iur unit. But this time a new unit was needed. Prices were good, fast, efficient replacement and they loaned us a portable to be able to sleep before the install. Customer service was great!!!!! Would highly recommend.
Derrin, owner, is responsiveness, Professional, courteous and has 31 years experience to back up his work! Called this morning and he was at my house at 9:15 fix the problem in five minutes
My AC external fan and compressor went out. I called at 11:00 am and needed to schedule someone to come out right away since it had been in the triple digits. Hush Air was able to get someone out by 2:30, which I was really impressed with. Darren showed up and found that our capacitor didn't have enough amperage. He was able to replace it right away. Darren was very polite and thorough by explaining what the tests he was conducting were and what the results and/error codes meant. Very happy with this level of prompt and good service. Thank you Hush Air!
