I was pleased with the price and professionalism.
Only knock is that it was pretty expensive for a repair I could have done for $15. Other than that, the customer service was great. They were able to come out same day and get the ac going for my wife and daughter while I was at work. Overall a good experience

When I called the office for a repair appointment, I was given an appointment for early the next morning. Wow!
Darren arrived very early in the appointment window, and in just a few minutes he told me what the problem was with my AC. Within 10 minutes it was fixed and running.
Not everyone is going to have such an easy fix with their AC repair, but just like that trustworthy auto mechanic, Darren fixed it without any unnecessary up selling or unneeded parts replacements. He earned my trust and my future business by just being honest and professional.

I called for an appointment to repair a.c., they came the same day, saved us from this heat wave. Technician Darren arrived early and didn't take long at all to identify the issue. He is professional and honest. He provided excellent customer service. Good price too. I highly recommend this company. I will use them in the future for sure.
