We are very impressed with Hush Air. This company has exceeded our expectations in every way. Our HVAC system was 23 years old and we needed a completely new system. Kash came out, assessed our needs, and gave us two quotes that were very fair. More importantly, he took the time to explain the rationale behind his recommendations. I don't know much about heating and cooling and Kash was patient and happy to explain things so I felt confident about our choice.
On installation day, the crew arrived on time and quickly got to work. Frank and Joshua did a fantastic job and worked very hard for us. They were polite and professional. When they were done, they left my home looking great and gave me a walk through of all the work that was done. My family is very excited about our new heat pump and we look forward to calling Hush Air for our maintenance needs.
Also wanted to give a shout out to Kim who helped me move my appointment around to accommodate a last minute doctors appointment. You're my hero! I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them 100%.
I'm a repeat customer..have used them for a/c before. I've always had a good experience. Front office staff kept me up to date on expected arrival time and getting someone out as soon as possible.
I have used Hush before and they are outstanding. I appreciated the customer service, Kim, who is very knowledgeable of the services they offer, was able to understand my service needs and informed me that I could be serviced today. She checked with techs in the field & called me back within 30 minutes with appointment time. The tech, Brian called before arriving and was early yet he still asked if that was convenient for me. This on a Friday too. He did the repairs, explained everything and tested the appliance I would highly recommend them for AC and Furnace work. When I upgrade my systems at my home I will hire Hush Air.
Installed a VentCool whole house fan and a gable mounted attic fan. Very satisfied with the product and installation
