We used Hush Air for the first time today and we are very glad that we did. My air conditioning had been out for a week during a heat wave. We had a different company come to service our air conditioning but he tried to up sell us and gave the impression that either the final bill would be very high or we would need a new unit. We told him "thanks but no thanks". We then called Hush Air for a second opinion. Bryan, the technician was professional and personable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a fair price. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

We have used Hush for years to maintain our heating unit. Today I called about our ac and it was not making the noise when the tech arrived. He checked the unit and did not charge us a service call. They are very fair with their fees. I most definitely recommend this company.
The Hush Air company are the best! They are so professional and courteous and cheerful about any concern we have had! They installed our new cooling system with care and educated us about how and why we needed to purchase our system to meet the needs of our household. They have also returned to tweak things to work just right! They even kindly brought us a vent we were missing! Great company!

After years of troubled service it was time to replace our old heating and air conditioning system. Having done our due diligence we selected Hush Air for the job. The owner; Darren, was wonderful to work with throughout the process. He answered all of our questions and concerns up front and kept us informed. Darren and his crew (Justin, Brian and Kevin?) showed up to our home on time and ready to work. They carefully removed our old system and installed the new in less than one day. They even fixed a pre-existing issue we'd had for years. Before departing our home they fully tested and inspected the work and ensured I knew how to operate it. The new thermostat that was included with the job is more like a computer tablet than a thermostat! (But it is simple to operate.)
As a small business owner Darren is very appreciative of his customers. He took a personnel interest in seeing the job through to the end and to ensure our total satisfaction. The new Trane heating and air conditioning system Hush Air installed for us is a huge improvement over our old system and to date we are totally pleased. It is whisper quiet and far more efficient. Great response time and very helpful staff. I ended up needing to replace my Nest equipment. They offered different options to fix my issue & walked me through how to do it myself.
Being a new homeowner means having unexpected air conditioning issues in these humid days we have been having! Hush Air came out fixed the issues and in no time our air was up and running colder then it has ever been! Wouldn't recommend anyone else besides Hush Air because they have professional and respected service thats hard to find!
