I'm always a bit skeptical when I see a company that has a perfect customer rating on Google, however, after using their services today I can see why.
(1) The appointment process was seamless and professional
(2) Their service person [Darren] made quick but thorough work of an issue with my older Rheem unit
(3) There was absolutely no pressure/sales pitching for unnecessary services

Love this company and their customer service. Have had two new units installed by them and very impressed with their professionalism and expertise. Standouts in the company are Kash because he spends time with the customer and listens well. The other is Brian, he is legitness and knows what he is talking about.

Where do I begin!? First, check out my two old photos and the new unit! You can clearly see the difference in quality. My AC went down due to a refrigerant leak and had to constantly replace fuses just to make it through the hot CA summers. I knew I had to replace my AC unit but had no one to give me a suggestion.
I was recommended by a friend to look for a business that has been around at least since the 90's. I ended up seeing HUSH and saw that they were certified Trane specialists, which is the leading AC unit in the industry and are built like tanks.
I met the owners and the team who were extremely knowledgable during my complimentary assessment at my house. They also helped me with financing and saving money. Kim and Kash were genuinely concerned with helping me save money.
The installation crew, did a great job and did such a clean installation. They did not leave any trash and kept my house cleaner than when they arrived.
They also reach out to me for any updates and any maintenance and servicing that is part of the package. I don't have to worry about knowing when to reach out. They truly care about customer relations and their systems in place to provide consistent results are beyond my expectations. They run a tight and professional ship.
